If you decide to return any unused or incorrectly ordered items purchased from Dash Cam Hub, you must notify us and return the goods within 30 days of receipt.

Please provide full details of why the item is not required to assist with future improvements. Email sales@dashcamhub.co.uk, including your original order number from the dispatch note.

• Customers outside the UK Mainland must return goods using a courier of their choice at their own expense.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. Any shipping costs incurred for the original delivery or the return will be deducted from your refund.

• A 5% re-packing fee will be charged on any opened items.

• Damaged or modified items will be returned or disposed of without refund.

• Special order items are non-refundable.

If a return is required, please email sales@dashcamhub.co.uk with:

• Your original order number

• Confirmation of whether you require a repair, replacement, or refund

Items must be returned complete with all components. Incomplete returns will be sent back to you.

• Faulty goods will be refunded only within 30 days of receipt.

• After 30 days, the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Please use a recorded delivery service. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt and will include the original invoice price and delivery charge.

Approved Trade Account Returns

• Trade customers will receive a credit note, not a refund.

• Full credit is issued if goods are returned within 30 days of invoice date.

• A 5% re-packing fee applies to opened items.
